They say it takes 3 weeks of repetition for a good or bad behavior to stick. Are you working on the good ones over the bad? Start young, and instill good healthy behaviors into your daily lifestyle. It’s easier to do, and you are more likely to hold onto them later in life this way. Here are 10 good lifestyle choices to make before you leave your 20′s.

1. Learn To Enjoy Exercise

The best way to learn to love exercising is to find the one that works best for you. Whether its Yoga, Pilates, biking, swimming, etc. if you enjoy it your more likely to do it. Exercise not only maintains your health and weight, it boosts your energy, and improves your mood.

2. Drink More Water
